Miss Amanda
Miss Amanda was a dance major at the Cypress Lake High School Center for the Arts in Ft. Myers, FL under Patricia Gair from 1998-2002. In 2006 she received her B.A. in Dance Studies from the University of South Florida. Her performance credits include Maria Capitano-Pardo’s choreography Quartet in Five and the Mosaic concerts of modern dance at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts. Her jointly choreographed work Apart of Me was featured in the NewGrounds dance festival, HCC Four Days of Dance, and at the Maxwell C. King Center in Melbourne, FL. In the fall of 2010, she returned to Cypress Lake High School to set choreography performed by select students in a full length piece titled Quest for Coherency. Roa is proud to be entering her third season as a company member of the Shoes at the Door dance company. She has a great love for teaching dance to students of all ages. She began teaching at the Patel Conservatory in 2007 and since that time has taught for various levels, ages and disciplines. Her teaching experience includes ballet, creative movement, modern dance, salsa, and step at the Conservatory and throughout the Tampa Bay community for Patel outreach partners like Redlands Christian Migrant Association Academy and the USF Parkinson’s Group. Roa is on faculty at New Tampa Dance Theatre and is very happy to be a new instructor with WEBBY! |

Miss Annie
Miss Annie grew up in Austin, Texas. At age 3 got her first set of pompoms and began cheerleading for the local school. She learned ballet and modern jazz until high school when began learning Hip Hop. In 1997 – 1998 Miss Annie toured as a performance artist with the group Sun Sound. In 1999 she began studying Historical Middle Eastern Dance and became a Nutritional Consultant for the Community. In 2000 Miss Annie moved to Hawaii to study Zen Mediation and helped facilitate workshops along side a Sannyasin. Upon her return to Florida she began Capoeria, Brazillian Martial Arts. Miss Annie received her B.A. in Holistic Nutrition and went on to hold lectures and classes on health and fitness for children, with emphasis on fun ways to incorporate daily activity. Miss Annie’s unique background and education brings much variety to each class. She continues to dance currently and is honored to be a part of the Florida Dance Community! |

Miss Hannah-lynn
Miss Hannah-lynn began dancing at the tender age of 2 and she hasn’t stopped yet. She has been a part of the Bunny Ott Dancers since the age of 3 and became a company dancer when she was in the 6th grade, making her the youngest in the company. Also while she was in the 6th grade she danced her very first Point solo, The Dying Swan. Miss. Hannah-lynn went on to perform dances such as, the Pas De Quatre, Minuet and G, Sleeping Beauty Jewls, Steam Heat, Hot Honey Rag and the Music Box Dancer, among many more. As a company dancer she performed in many shows outside of her studio, as well as, different benefits within the community. She was also the only assistant teacher in the company while her instructor was recovering from hip surgery. Due to her hard work and dedication she was presented with several awards two years in a row. Miss. Hannah-lynn joined Webby Dance Company nearly a year ago where she has extended her experience not only in teaching but also in dance. She says she looks forward to many more years with WEBBY Dance Company! |

Miss Lia
Miss Lia has been dancing and performing for over 25 years. As a young ballerina she studied the Cecchetti Method of ballet. She loved to perform in any play or musical she could get her hands on. She also had a strong love for the flute and split her time equally. When she was a student at Tarpon Springs High School Leadership Conservatory of the Arts, she was a member of the Marching Band, Wind Ensemble and Winter Guard. As a member of the Marching Band she performed in front of crowds in the thousands. As a member of the Winter Guard she was on on the flag line, weapon line and the dance ensemble. While she was in the Wind Ensemble she was principle flute and a regular soloist.The ensemble performed in many prestigious Halls. In 2000 she and the Wind Ensemble were invited along with 9 other Wind Ensembles from around the country to play on the stage of Carnegie Hall. After High School she went on to Florida Southern College to pursue a degree in Religious Education. There she continued her love of dance and decided to share it with others, she began teaching dance at local churches. While in college she also worked for the Walt Disney Company as a cast member. In 2004 Lia returned to Palm Harbor and found herself at WEBBY Dance company. She had realized her passion. She knew this was the perfect place for her. She was teaching over 200 children a year, choreographing many of the dances children learn today and training new WEBBY teachers. Lia can still be found teaching dance classes, but most days you can also find her in the office as the WEBBY Dance Company Tampa Office Manager. |

Miss Lindsay
Miss Lindsay was introduced to dance at the age of 3 in Lakeland, FL, where she was born and raised. She studied ballet, tap, and jazz at various dance studios in Polk County until she began high school. From there, she joined her high school dance squad and was invited twice to attend the UDA (Universal Dance Association) National Dance Competition. Her squad was also invited to perform with the NFL Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders and NBA Orlando Magic Dancers during in-game performances. After graduation, she coached her high school dance squad during summer camp and became UDA certified in conditioning and stretching. Lindsay went on to attend the University of South Florida, where she studied Mass Communications for Broadcasting. There she had the opportunity to create and direct the USF Ice Bulls Dancers. She is also well-rounded in the professional dance community, where she has been a crowd pleaser for the AIFL Lakeland Thunderbolts Dancers, XFC Diamond Dolls, UFL Florida Tuskers, NHL Tampa Bay Lightning Girls, and MLB Tampa Bay Rays Ray Team. She has been asked to choreograph routines for many organizations such as the UFL Florida Tuskers and Tampa Bay Rays. She has currently been a WEBBY Dance instructor in Tampa Bay area schools since 2007 and is also employed in the media marketing department for the Tampa Bay Rays. |
