Kara Connell was born in Southern California and began dancing at the age of three. Atfer receiving her B.S. in Child and Adolescent Development from Cal State Fullerton, she purchased the South Bay Franchise in 2001. Kara is thankful for the opportunity to share the joy of movement and dance with hundreds of children each year.

Celinda Frey has danced and trained her whole life in the Northern California area. She taught at various studios in Northern California prior to relocating in Southern California, where she joined the WEBBY Dance Company team. Celinda has a B.A. degree in Dance from Cal State Long Beach. She is most adept at ballet and shares her talents with her students.

Michelle Light has been working with children in a creative and nurturing manner for the past twelve years. She has a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and is a certified Montessori teacher. Michelle previously worked in a Montessori environment as a teacher and school director. She currently volunteers her services at a camp for underprivileged children, teaching dance and directing performances. Michelle has also worked as a “trainer” and Office Manager in the Corporate Office.

Lauren O’Bryon began dancing at the age of four with training in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, cheer, and pointe. She has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Sonoma State University where she was also the coach/choreographer for the SSU Dance Team. Lauren previously instructed the preschool dance program with Napa Parks and Recreation and coached two competitive dance teams in Northern California. She is currently a San Diego Chargers Cheerleader which allows her to continue performing as well as volunteer in the community. Lauren has been with WEBBY Dance Company since 2006 and is excited to share her love of dance with all of her students!

Jennifer Thomas has trained for several years in jazz, ballet and tap. She had the opportunity to work as a singer/dancer on Holland America Line cruise ships & has performed in musicals throughout L.A. and Orange County. Some of her musical credits include: A Chorus Line, Grease and West Side Story. She loves teaching dance to children! Her other job is being a mom to an energetic daughter.

Melissa Quigley began dancing at the age of seven and continued throughout Junior High and High School. Melissa also performed at Disneyland as a character. After High School, she attended Cal State Fullerton and studied modern, ballet, jazz, and gymnastics. While in college, she worked as a choreographer for Diamond Bar High School. Melissa graduated with a B.A. in Radio, T.V. and Film, and a Minor in Dance. Since then, she has taught in local dance studios, working with various competition teams and winning numerous awards. Melissa started working for WEBBY Dance Company as an Instructor in 2003. She continued her growth with the company and currently co-owns two territories in Southern California.

Melissa Rash started dancing at the age of three and continued her studies throughout college where she received her degree in both Dance and Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. She has performed with several dance teams and touring teams in Southern California. In her free time, Melissa works at several dance studios teaching their competition teams where her work has received numerous 1st place soloist and top choreography awards. She is also a certified trainer as well as CIF certified for sports. Melissa worked as a WEBBY Dance Company Instructor for four years prior to purchasing her Franchise.
