Ashley Prinzen is a Southern California native who began dancing at the age of 2 ½ with WEBBY Dance Company. Her love of dance grew from that point and remained an integral part of her life. She danced on the Advanced Dance Team in high school, was a member of the nationally ranked Cal State Long Beach Dance Team, performed in Disneyland’s “Parade of Dreams”, and was a finalist for the Los Angeles Laker Girls in 2009. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Cal State Long Beach. While pursuing her degree, she worked as a WEBBY Dance Company Instructor for 2 years. As a long time member of the “WEBBY family” Ashley is thrilled to be a Franchisee and share the gift of dance with children across the Ventura area.

Becky Weber started dancing in her mother’s dance studio at the age of five and was classically trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, gymnastics, and yoga. She began instructing her first class at the age of fourteen.
In 1989, Becky’s mother, the founder of WEBBY Dance Company, decided to relocate. Becky took over the existing mobile business and continued to successfully grow her company. Her business currently offers dance in over 200 childcare centers, allowing more than 2000 students to enjoy the benefits of a WEBBY Dance Company class.
Becky has since franchised the Company and continued its growth with the addition of a Management Program. She is proud to see children across the United States reaping the numerous benefits of the WEBBY Dance Company program. The Company is currently operating in 8 states, serving hundreds of childcare centers throughout the nation. Becky resides in Long Beach with her three children.

Celinda began dancing at the age of three in a small town in Northern California. She was trained in ballet, jazz, modern contemporary and pointe. She has performed in many full length ballets such as “The Nutcracker,” “Cinderella,” “Sleeping Beauty,” and many others. Celinda graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance in 2000. She has been teaching and choreographing since 1993 at various studios and now schools. Celinda joined the WEBBY Dance Company team in 2000 and went on to own her own territory in 2003. She enjoys sharing the love of dance with her students and enjoys watching them thrive.

Kara Connell was born in Southern California and began dancing at the age of three. Atfer receiving her B.S. in Child and Adolescent Development from Cal State Fullerton, she purchased the South Bay Franchise in 2001. Kara is thankful for the opportunity to share the joy of movement and dance with hundreds of children each year.

Lauren O’Bryon began dancing at the age of four with training in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, cheer, and pointe. She has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Sonoma State University where she was also the coach/choreographer for the SSU Dance Team. Lauren previously instructed the preschool dance program with Napa Parks and Recreation and coached two competitive dance teams in Northern California. She is currently a San Diego Chargers Cheerleader which allows her to continue performing as well as volunteer in the community. Lauren has been with WEBBY Dance Company since 2006 and is excited to share her love of dance with all of her students!

Lauren Ramirez has been dancing since the age of twelve and has since been a song-leader, a primary dancer in in several musicals, and an asset to various dance teams. While continuing to dance, she went on to study Business Administration at California State University, Fullerton. Lauren became the Pasadena Area Manager for WEBBY Dance Company in 2004 and took the next step in becoming the Pasadena and Burbank franchisee in 2010. With her passion for dance, knowledge of business and management, and her genuine love of working with kids, Lauren plans to continue to enrich the lives of children for years to come!

Melissa Quigley began dancing at the age of seven and continued throughout Junior High and High School. Melissa also performed at Disneyland as a character. After High School, she attended Cal State Fullerton and studied modern, ballet, jazz, and gymnastics. While in college, she worked as a choreographer for Diamond Bar High School. Melissa graduated with a B.A. in Radio, T.V. and Film, and a Minor in Dance. Since then, she has taught in local dance studios, working with various competition teams and winning numerous awards. Melissa started working for WEBBY Dance Company as an Instructor in 2003. She continued her growth with the company and currently co-owns two territories in Southern California.

Melissa Rash started dancing at the age of three and continued her studies throughout college where she received her degree in both Dance and Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. She has performed with several dance teams and touring teams in Southern California. In her free time, Melissa works at several dance studios teaching their competition teams where her work has received numerous 1st place soloist and top choreography awards. She is also a certified trainer as well as CIF certified for sports. Melissa worked as a WEBBY Dance Company Instructor for four years prior to purchasing her Franchise.

Michelle Light has been working with children in a creative and nurturing manner for the past twelve years. She has a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and is a certified Montessori teacher. Michelle previously worked in a Montessori environment as a teacher and school director. She currently volunteers her services at a camp for underprivileged children, teaching dance and directing performances. Michelle has also worked as a “trainer” and Office Manager in the Corporate Office.

Sarah Green was born and raised in Chicago, IL and has been dancing since age 3 and performing on stage since age 5. She is trained in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, pointe, lyrical jazz, and contemporary and holds a BA in Theatre with a Minor in Dance Education from Western Illinois University. Her first professional job was at age 11 in the Corps de Ballet, of Hansel and Gretel. After a growth spurt and realization that en pointe she was 6ft tall she moved on to Musical Theatre. Sarah has performed with three different dance companies and on stage in countless theatres across the country, performing in ‘Singin’ in the Rain’, ‘South Pacific’, ‘A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum’, ‘The Wizard of Oz’, ‘You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown’, ‘City of Angels’, ‘Pippin’, and a member of the original west coast cast of ‘Xanadu’. A proud member of the Screen Actors Guild since 1997, Sarah has also appeared in movies, television, and commercials, including dancing with Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. Her love of musicals and the joy of performing generate her enthusiasm to share the arts of dance and theatrics with children and adults. Life is theater and the world is our stage!
