Liz was born in Dayton, OH and studied several areas of dance and gymnastics throughout her childhood. She graduated from Wright State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2007. In addition, Liz has coached and choreographed routines for several cheerleading squads throughout the Dayton area. Liz was a WEBBY dance instructor for four years prior to purchasing the Dayton and Columbus franchises.

Nicole began dancing at the age of three and later majored in dance at Orange Coast College. She has performed with the Bullfrogs, Ice Dogs and the Angels. Nicole was a dance instructor with WEBBY Dance Company for seven years, prior to becoming a franchise owner in 2000. She is currently sharing the WEBBY Dance experience with 500 children in over 45 schools.

Jennifer has trained for several years in jazz, ballet and tap. She had the opportunity to work as a singer/dancer on Holland America Line cruise ships & has performed in musicals throughout L.A. and Orange County. Some of her musical credits include: A Chorus Line, Grease and West Side Story. She loves teaching dance to children! Her other job is being a mom to an energetic 2 year old girl.

Celinda has danced and trained her whole life in the Northern California area. She taught at various studios in Northern California prior to relocating in Southern California, where she joined the WEBBY Dance Company team. Celinda has a B.A. degree in dance from Cal State Long Beach. She is most adept at ballet and shares her talents with her students.

Kara was born in Southern California and studied dance throughout her childhood. She choreographed and performed in the advanced dance classes at her high school. Kara also worked as a pre-school teacher for three years and has a Bachelors Degree in Child Development. Prior to becoming a franchisee, Kara worked for three years as a WEBBY Dance Company instructor.

Hillary has 20 years of dance education from various ballet academies and dance studios. She has a B.A. Degree from Florida State University, majoring in English Literature and Minor in Dance. Hillary has performed in musicals at Florida State, Tides Dinner Theater and the Royalty Theater in Clearwater, Florida. She was a favorite at both
Disneyland California and Tokyo, performing at shows and parades as "Belle" and "Snow White".

Gabrielle was born in Warren, Ohio and studied dance throughout her childhood and college years. Gabrielle has a B.A. in English, from DePauw University in Indiana. Prior to becoming a franchisee, Gabrielle was an instructor for three years with WEBBY Dance Company in Cincinnati. She was also an instructor at the Company Headquarters Dance Studio in Fairfield, Ohio.

Michelle Light has been working with children in a creative and nurturing environment during the past twelve years. Michelle has a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and is a certified Montessori teacher. Michelle previously worked in a Montessori environment as a teacher and school director. She currently volunteers her services at a camp for underprivileged children, teaching dance and directing performances. Michelle has also worked as a "trainer" and office manager in the regional offices of WEBBY Dance Company, Southern California.

Vel has worked for WEBBY Dance Company since 1991. Prior to then, she taught hip-hop and jazz at various dance studios. Vel has also taught for the Parks and Recreation Department in three different cities. She has coached several high school cheer teams and has won State Championships. She is frequently contracted to churches and city programs to direct and choreograph musicals and dance events. Vel is a certified aerobic instructor and has taught aerobics for six years. She is the mother of three lovely girls, and she thoroughly enjoys teaching dance.
